Schumacher Group converted several offices into 1 large space.  They tore down walls and asked us to maximize that space.  You will notice that with precise measurements we were able to fit this furniture snugly against the support poles inconveniently located in the middle of the room and right up to the walls.  For some workstations, we actually had to cut the work surfaces to fit perfectly around the poles.

University of Lousiana

We have been a consistent office furniture solution for the University of Louisiana in Lafayette La. for many years now.  Recently we did an install at the University of Louisiana for a training type scenario.

Forum Technologies

Forum Technologies has build a large new facility, and of course, they needed furniture... so we provided the complete turn-key solution.   The interesting thing about this particular install, is each department had specific needs.   Some departments required seclusion and privacy. In this case, we went with high acoustical panels that minimized noise.  Other departments need more of a team application.  For these cases we put lower panels and left the layout more open which is more conducive to an interactive environment.  One particular manager, preferred his work surface and chair to be stool height when all others around him are the standard height. (see picture in slide show).  Within another panel system for a different department you will notice a  conference area configured into its layout.   In addition,  each department has a centralized printer.  (You will notice the printer table in the some isle ways.)  Also, we incorporated a storage cabinet underneath to accommodate any printing supplies needed.

These are typical scenario's we encounter among our customers.  Whether it is 100 cubicles like Forum or 1 cubicle, we listen to whatever the needs may be and do our best to make it happen. If we feel certain things are not possible for the designated area in which the furniture will be placed (hazards, size of space, obstructions, etc) ,  we will offer several potential solutions that may provide the end result the customer needs.

Sterling - Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep

With the opening of their new dealership and showroom in Opelousas, LA.  We helped Sterling achieve that clean and modern style that gives them functionality, quality, and furniture that ultimately reflects the professionalism they offer to their customers. 

Furniture consists of: Desks (Allsteel-Cadence ) , Seating (HON-Ignition)

We faced some challenges, that honestly are very typical when new buildings are concerned, but we anticipate these obstacles and plan ahead to ensure a smooth installation.   We had to work around construction and installed product as areas became available and stored the remaining items for later installation.  

We are very pleased with the finished product.

Levingston Group

Levingston Group has been a customer for several years.   They built a new building and needed to maximize the space for a growing business.   Years ago we installed sixteen cubicles and with this new building they wanted the same panel fabrics, surface colors and paints.   We had to disassemble those sixteen cubes, move them, and then reassemble at the new location.  From there we added more to equal forty seven cubicles within this one system.  The new panels and previously used panels matched perfectly.  In addition, we installed office casegoods and seating as well.

The product brands used consisted of:
Panels - (Allsteel Consensus) , Office Casegoods Furniture - (HON-10500) , Executive Offices (DMI) , Desk Chairs (Global -Offices to Go)

There were some unexpected challenges we faced as we dove into this installation.   If you look at the picture you would noticed that there are no power poles dropped in from the ceiling to the panel system.  This is because  the power came through the floor.  In the planning stages, we met with the contractor to strategically place these conduits (which held the data, power, and phone).  After all was placed, the conduits were not placed correctly.   We had to manipulate our design and adjust the spacing in panels to accommodate the contractors mistake.   We managed to make adjustments and still meet ADA standards and specifications. (American with Disabilities Act set standards to accommodate those employees with disabilities, for example, some standards include hallways must be 48" inches or greater or spaces must have a 54" inch turnaround space to accommodate a wheelchair.)  Another logistical challenge we faced is we needed to assemble the panel system in pieces because they were still operating in the sixteen we needed to disassemble and move.  As a result we completed the installation on the weekend in order for our customer to be operational Monday morning.
